I started my appraisal career in Birmingham Alabama in 1997 with Mr. Roger Pugh, MAI., performing appraisals on a wide variety of properties with values often exceeding 10 million dollars. After completion of my training and becoming a certified general appraiser, I moved back to my home in Crossville TN. I continue to enjoy appraisal work of all types including both commercial and residential appraisals. I also have experience in court testimony and consulting work. I have spent my life within the world of real estate including years of general contractor work and real estate development. During my time as a real estate professional, I have seen, in some cases, large differences in both measuring methods and sources used to determine an improvements square footage. I look forward to bringing accurate and uniformity to the art and science of accurate home measurements to the region.
